Aisha Noor
 
Aisha is a highly experienced legal professional having worked in international corporate and high street legal practices for over 10 years.  Driven by her passion for social justice, Aisha chose to establish a high-street legal practice in 2018 focusing on a range of individual and business-related matters.

 

Even as a relatively young firm, Aisha and the team manage a breadth of cases including business immigration, entry clearance, asylum, nationality, as well as divorce, children, and financial settlements. Handling each case with individual focus, sensitivity,  compassion and utmost professionalism.

 

Aisha is a highly accomplished Solicitor with over 8 years of experience in private practice, specialising in immigration and family-related cases.  With a notable track record, Aisha has successfully handled numerous cases and has attracted media attention, featuring in the Law Society Gazette, The Guardian, and BBC News.

Aisha is highly regarded in the community for her extensive legal knowledge and charitable work.

Aisha completed her LLB in Law, and went on to complete her LPC at the College of Law in 2012. Having completed her training, she qualified as a solicitor in 2015.

 

Aisha is also fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Pathwari

 

Beyond her practice, Aisha enjoys travelling and sampling differing cuisines. 

 
Nafisa Osman
 
Nafisa began her journey working in the legal field after joining ABN Solicitors for work experience during the final year of her law degree. After completing her LLB, she began working as a Paralegal at ABN Solicitors whilst studying for her LPC. Nafisa has since become a fully qualified Solicitor. 
 
During Nafisa’s time at ABN Solicitors, she has gained extensive experience in the field of Immigration, where she has undertaken work ranging from family visas, EEA cases, human rights cases, asylum cases and appeals, detention cases, and litigation in the High Court. Nafisa has also undertaken work in the Family department where she has worked on Divorce cases, children’s matters and financial remedies. 
 
Nafisa is committed to providing the best service for our clients and she can ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and representation in their matters, through the positive environment, and the encouraging support that she has received at ABN Solicitors. 
 
Nafisa is also fluent in Somali.
 

Luke John Patrick
 
Luke has completed his LLB, LLM, and LPC and is currently working as a paralegal aspiring to become a trainee solicitor. Luke is a dedicated paralegal with over 2 years of legal experience. He is adept at handling multiple tasks daily and competently and works well under pressure. He has provided assistance with visa applications, citizenship applications, asylum claims as well as complex family law cases.
 
Luke is also a fluent Tamil speaker.
