Before commencing, our fees will be agreed on either on a fixed fee basis or hourly rate. Please note, fixed fees may vary subject to the nature of your case

 

The fees listed are not inclusive of disbursements that may be incurred throughout the course of your matter

 

Disbursements can include, but are not limited to; Counsel Fees, Court Fees, Home Office Fees, Translation/Interpretation costs, and Medical Practitioner Fees. Home Office application fees are not usually subject to VAT, however, other disbursements may attract 20% VAT 

 

All professional fees are subject to 20% VAT if VAT is applicable.

Our hourly rate is dependent on the level of experience of your case handler:

​

• Solicitor with over 8 years experience £300 p/h

• Solicitor with over 4 years experience £240 p/h

• Other Solicitor £190 p/h
