The fees quoted in the table below are a reasonable estimate of what each client can be expected to incur. However, it will be varied and maybe more depending on the case's complexity and its merits. 

What is included?

For Fixed fee cases

• Go through the facts of your case and obtain initial instruction 

• Advising on all possible options available to you, and the Pro’s and Con’s for each

• Explaining the relevant Immigration Rules/Policies and Guidance relating to your matter

• Advising on the possible outcomes

• Advising which supporting documents are required

• Preparing and submitting your application/representations

• Liaising with the Home Office/relevant department for an update

• Actively updating you on the progress of your case

All professional fees are subject to 20% VAT if VAT is applicable.

The fees listed are not inclusive of disbursements that may be incurred throughout the course of your matter

Disbursements can include, but are not limited to; Counsel Fees, Court Fees, Home Office Fees, Translation/Interpretation costs, and Medical Practitioner Fees. Home Office application fees are not usually subject to VAT, however, other disbursements may attract 20% VAT
 

VAT is applicable if your usual place of residence is in the UK. This includes if you previously had permission to stay in the UK but now do not.

If you are not resident in the UK, or you entered the UK without permission or as an asylum seeker and do not yet have permission to stay, you will not normally be VAT liable.
